CAO had a terrific time this summer, thanks to our wonderful supporters in places like Narragansett, Washburn, Covington, Hastings, Lincoln, and Spencer. Thanks again to all who attended the CD release party for "Germaine", as well. You packed the Eagle's Club and made us feel like stars! We had a great time with the audiences and also at the Minnesota State Fair. The Fair always signals the end of summer and the onset of Fall. We're looking forward to our autumn gigs, and hope to see some of you there. With the change of seasons, there comes another change we want to tell you about...Brian's Last Gig with CAO.
Our wonderful guitarist and vocalist Brian Barnes will be making his last appearance with the band on Saturday, Oct 25 at the Times Bar & Restaurant. It's been a true privilege to work with such a talented performer for the past 15 years. We will miss Brian terribly. Please come to the Times on the 25th to hear Brian with the band one more time and wish him well! Café Accordion will continue playing the same great music while we explore our options for the future.
